born in Belgrade in 1969. Graduated at Department for Psychology at the University of Belgrade, where he also got MA thesis in organizational psychology. Holds PhD from Faculty for Political Sciences in Belgrade. Besides working as a consultant for the Management of Human Resources and Strategic and Action Planning, he has been engaged in civic sector from mid nineties. He worked in Belgrade Open School and Center for Development of Non Profit Sector in Belgrade. From 2001 he has been involved in the promotion of the values of democracy, European integrations and market economy within Center for Development of Serbia. He has also published two monographies: Self Esteem and Authoritarianism and Psychology of Political Leaders, ABC of Democracy, Modernization of the Rules of Procedures of National Assembly of Republic of Serbia, Ombudsman - A guide to the Functional Law, Support to the Entrepreneurship Initiative, Youth Guarantee for Employment as well as scientific and other articles in dailies Politika and Danas and weekly Novi Magazin.
