The aim of the project "Support for Enterpreneural Initiatives" is to contribute to better development of entrepreneural sector and therefore influence economic progress of Serbia. Our objective is to raise public knowledge about role of businesses in market economy development; and to stress advantages of guaranteed funds for business development and economy in general.
Within the farmework of this project we have publishd a booklet "Support for Entrepreneural Initiatives". This publication introduces basic concepts for business leadership and presents all available funds for developing and conducting entrepreneural inititaives. The publication includes following articles:
1. The Elements of Managment and Leadership
2. Public Economy (Registration of Enterprises)
3. Businesss Plan Development
4. Basic Functions in Human Resource Managment
5. Financial Instruments for Support of Businesses
Target group includes private business sector leaders- beginners and potential entrepreneurs. We believe that this publication will give useful information and support business at any phase of business cycle.
Other project activities include educational seminars which encompass 120 representatives from four cities- Belgrade, Kragujevac, Prokuplje and Subotica. Topics covered during these seminars are:
1. Strategic Planning
2. Bussiness Plan Development
3. Public Relations (PR) and Advertising
4. Human Resource Menagement
Besides educational seminars, we will organize various programmes in oder to promote our publication and support business initiatives. This includes presentation of national development programmes as well as promotion of available financial instruments of banking sector of Serbia, which support enterpreneural initiatives.
This project contributes to development of democratic society through facilitation of the market economy developmet and enterprises, which is one of the main missions of the Center for the Development of Serbia. Above all, this project proves that cooperation among non-governmental, public and privite organizations is essential for development of democratic society in Serbia.
