1000 Young Leaders

The project "1000 Young Leaders" represents a long-term strategic investment in Serbia's human potential. The training of people for leading positions in all spheres of human activity is a means for achieving the vision of Serbia as a modern and democratic society, a leader in the Balkans. Given the generally accepted, national, mid-term goal - Serbia and Montenegro in the European Union - the results of the activities in this project will be one of the methods for attaining this aim. 

Moreover, the creation of a body of qualified young people will represent a strong pillar for the economic development of this state in the times that are coming. This project shows that thought is being given to a future that is beyond one, five or more years.

Its aim is to promote the values of private initiative, hard work and success as the sole means for building a stable, modern and democratic society, through the activity of young experts, who are leaders in different domains. In addition, the idea is to invest in the human resources of this country, in which all structures and the existing options will be involved, from government institutions, companies, political parties, etc.
